We are pleased to offer online ticket sales through Vendini Tickets. Tickets may be purchase online with Visa or Mastercard during our Box Office operating hours. E-Tickets can be instantly printed once your transaction is completed or you may select to pick them up at “Will Call” at the Box Office prior to the performance. You credit card will be billed by our electronic Box Office Agent and your statement will note “Vendini Tickets” and not OSU Theatre. Please see the Privacy Policy for further information.
Tickets may also be purchased through our Box Office by credit card, check or cash.
No Refunds are given. Exchanges can be made up to twenty-four hours prior to the ticketed performance date when tickets are available. Patrons who cannot use their tickets and wish to exchange them must contact the OSU Theatre Box Office (541-737-2784 or theatre.boxoffice@oregonstate.edu) at least twenty-four hours before the time of the ticketed performance. Post-dated tickets have no value and cannot be exchanged.
In the event that a performance is cancelled, OSU Theatre will make every effort to provide refunds or make an exchange for a subsequent performance.
The OSU Theatre Box Office is open beginning on Monday of the week a show opens. The hours are M-W, Noon til 5 pm. Thursday and Friday, noon til 5 pm and from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm; Saturday 6:30-7:30 pm.
OSU Theatres are located in Withycombe Hall located at 30th and Campus Way. Parking is located directly across the street from Withycombe Hall on Campus Way.

Please Note: During the academic year, Mainstage shows are signed for the hearing impaired on the second Friday performance. Wheelchair access is available in all performance venues and for all performances. Contact the Box Office for assistance.
OSU Mainstage Theatre productions begin promptly at the ticketed time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Late arrivals will not be seated for Lab Theatre productions. Due to state fire regulations, audience members may be seated only in the fixed seating provided. Standing viewers will not be allowed.

ticketing service. Vendini values the privacy of our members and customers.
Vendini does not sell any personal information to other companies.
We do provide our members statistics in aggregate so they can track the
effectiveness of their online ticket sales. We will also provide our
members with enough information to provide you with tickets and for promotional
purposes.
In keeping to the highest web standards, we would like to detail what
information we use, and how we use it:
Server Logs
Our application servers store your IP address in standard server logs.
We use your IP address to diagnose problems, optimize, and maintain our
servers. We also may use this information in aggregate to provide statistics
to our members.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep track of your individual session state; how many
tickets, what event, etc. This also allows us to differentiate you from
another customer.
We do not belong to any group that tracks users across web sites.
Contact and Personal Information
We reserve the right to share a member's and customer's contact and personal
information with individuals and/or entities for legitimate purposes
such as copyright infringement claims brought against a member for the
images found in it. We would use this information only as necessary.
If we do use mailing lists for advertising or promotional purposes, we
will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future
mailings.
We may require information for shipping and billing. We may use this
information for promotional purposes if you explicitly granted us permission.
Without explicit permission, we will not use any addresses gathered through
our service except for order processing. Addresses are never shared with
parties other than our members.
Conditions of Sale
No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there
is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the
option of the management. The resale of ticket for more than its face
value without the written consent of the owner/manager is prohibited
by law. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the game, exhibition,
event, or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said
show. You assume all risk and danger of being injured by thrown, battered,
kicked, shot, etc. objects and you agree that the management, its agents
and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting
from such causes. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers
allowed. No recording devices, still camera or video cameras permitted.
No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture,
or reproduction of the event, game, performance, or exhibition. You hereby
consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons.
You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to
any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Management reserves
the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed
by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms
and conditions herein.
