Students in the University Honors College come from diverse backgrounds. There is no "typical" UHC Student. While most students at the UHC come from Oregon, we have a number of students from across the country and more than a few international students. UHC students come directly out of high school as well as transfer into the UHC while at OSU, or while studying at another college.
Since the UHC is open to any major, our students come from majors throughout campus. They have a variety of interests outside of academics. They spend time volunteering, playing music, dancing, traveling, and just having fun!
Give yourself a huge pat on the back: the Honor College was recently recognized as the second place contributor in OSU's campus wide winter food drive. Congratulations to all of the UHC's contributors!
