ECON 570 - MACRO THEORY I AND ECON 571 - MACRO THEORY II have been approved as new courses for graduate students in Economics.


Rolf Fare and Shawna Grosskopf appeared on ISI's list of the 250 most cited scientists in Economics/Business. No other economist in Oregon is on the list.


New faculty appointments for Fall 2007:

Helen Naughton, Ph.D. from the University of Oregon will be joining the Department as an Assistant Professor. Helen's fields are Environmental Economics, International Economics and Applied Microeconometrics.
